A Joyful Farewell: Celebration Sunday with Rev. Kathleen Hepler

We marked Celebration Sunday with joy and gratitude, honoring Rev. Kathleen Hepler at her final service with our congregation on Sunday, June 14, 2026.

The morning was filled with beautiful music and the warmth of a flower communion—a cherished Unitarian Universalist tradition in which members bring flowers to exchange as a symbol of our shared community and individual gifts. The pews were full of members, friends, and family, a testament to the connection Rev. Hepler has nurtured here.

After the service, the celebration continued with a potluck lunch, where members shared thank-yous and heartfelt farewells.

We are grateful for Rev. Kathleen Hepler’s leadership, care, and presence—and we wish her all the best in the chapters ahead.
