Join us for a meeting to consider a unified response to the eroding of democracy we are experiencing right now in America. First Parish has a long history of social action, known as Faith In Action for at least the past two decades. We are currently doing several things that are organized by a few with wide participation by individuals, such as Share the Plate and Secret Santa. You can see more on our Justice Work webpage.
Would you like to participate an all-congregation, all-ages Social Action event? Do you have ideas for one or two things that we would do together out in the world? Do you want to be part of the congregation taking action, even if it is not your primary cause? There are so many issues that need attention right now, from discrimination to economic to climate and the environment.
