Welcome to Religious Exploration – November 2022

Michelle Cote, RE Director

The children will begin in the Sanctuary and after lighting a special lantern with the light of our chalice, leave to take part in our RE program.

A reminder that we have a childcare provider who will be here from 9:45-11:15 am to care for any of our littles (infant through age 4).

November 6: We will spend time sorting and tallying food donations from our Trunk or Treat event as well as revisit the topic of food insecurity. We will also begin working to create a space for visitors who have a small child by painting and decorating a rocking chair and basket to hold small toys for little visitors.

November 13: We will continue our work on creating a welcoming area for parents of small children.

November 20: We will gather in the church and remain there for this special service for all ages. Childcare will be provided as needed for children ages 4 and under.

November 27: Games Day! On this holiday weekend, we will gather to have fun while we play games helping us to connect with each other!

Unitarian Universalist PrinciplesChildren’s Version

We believe that each and every person is important.
We believe that all people should be treated fairly and kindly.
We believe that we should accept one another and keep on learning together.
We believe that each person must be free to search for what is true and right in life.
We believe that all persons should have a vote about the things that concern them.
We believe in working for a peaceful, fair, and free world.
We believe in caring for our planet Earth, the home we share with all living things.
