On December 12, 2021, FPS held its annual Revelry Sunday. The service, which honors earth-centered traditions, was filled with dancing, reveling, and the reenactment of ancient rituals originally designed to bring back the sun and ensure the rebirth of the natural world, at this time of year when we experience the longest night. The congregation enjoyed music and dance by our youth Morris dance group and the First Parish Choir performed. Leading the service was First Parish dance master Tom Kruskal and Minister of Music Debra Morris-Bennett.
