Mindfulness Meditation: The Mindfulness Meditation group normally meets from 1:00 to 2:30 each Tuesday. This week, we will leave attendees to meditate in their own way from 1:00 to 1:45, then share a Zoom call for our regular book discussion from 1:45 to 2:25.
