The Board of Trustees met on January 9, 2019. The Board discussed the staff report sent by the Administrator discussing the upcoming plans for her office, Religious Education, and music while the Minister is on sabbatical leave. Mark Trone is working with the committees to help them set goals that would attract new members and also affect the budget. The Treasurer reported that contribution reports for 2018 were sent out via email to all members. Deborah Kruskal presented a bid for the kitchen/bathroom renovation, which was approved by the Board. The renovation will occur this summer. Dave Andrews reported that the solar is now performing better and that there is concern about how to adjust the thermostats to save energy and money.
