Rev. Dr. Marjorie Matty writes of this week’s service, “Humankind, we are one, we are conscious beings. How can we change our way of thinking in order to literally secure common ground for all? Each decision that we make, each action that we put out into the world affects the larger whole. We have the ability and power to create or destroy. Which will we choose? At a time when our Mother Earth and her non human inhabitants are being exploited for the needs of humankind and profit, what can we do to stop ourselves? Can we live within our means?”
This Sunday we will “Share the Plate” with the Rowe Camp and Conference Center in Rowe, MA which provides a welcoming, empowering summer camp experience for kids and youth, and stimulating and renewing conferences throughout the year for adults.
