“It’s a lot easier to say when something ended rather than when it began. Most of us can recognize the end from a mile away, but the beginning always slips up on us, lulling us into thinking what we’re living through is yet another moment, in yet another day.” (Steve Yarborough) Each moment is an ending and a beginning what is our responsibility as conscious human beings to honor these moments? Rev. Marjorie will lead this traditional “Beginnings and Endings” Sunday with a ritual sharing the names of those who have died and those who were born, the Meetinghouse bell will toll and we will contemplate inspiration, which is the worship theme for January. The question to contemplate this month is, “Why, what and how are we inspired?”
