Yoga on Wednesdays at 6:15. All are welcome.


Join our small group yoga class on Wednesdays at 6:15pm in the Commons. In this class we practice a mix of vinyasa (movement with breath) and yin (deep relaxation). There are hands-on assists, plenty of props and support, and a chance to practice with a dedicated group of people. The fee for each class is $15.
