Information below:  What are In-Home Dinners?  Dates and process to participate.

Dates:  January 21 (Saturday), January 22 (Sunday), January 28 (Saturday)

Special Dinners:

January 22:  For parents and younger children at NOON.

January 22:  Mid-day brunch

January 28:  Evening dinner for parents of teens AND their teens

Evening dinners available on all three dates.

What are In-Home Dinners?  Every year everyone in First Parish has the opportunity to have dinner with 8-12 people in the private homes of members and friends.  The dinners are Pot Luck, with the host/hostess arranging what people will bring to ensure there is a balanced meal.  Every effort is made to accommodate special needs, such as dietary restrictions, accessibility to the house, allergies, etc.

How to participate:  Contact Sheila Davison

If necessary call 978-212-5374, but email is preferable.

  1. Do you want to host? Select your date and indicate the number of people you can accommodate.  Are there pets in your house; are there steps to access your house?
  2. Do you want to attend a dinner? If yes, choose a first and backup date.  Do you have pet or food allergies, difficulty with steps, dietary restrictions or strong dietary preferences?
  3. Do you need a ride? Let us know and it can be arranged by the Community & Hospitality Committee, who is organizing these dinners.

Information also in the Parish Hall.  Deadline for signing up: Thursday, January 5.

Last year 60 adults, 9 youth and 5 children enjoyed themselves at In-Home events.  Don’t miss out this year!
