Typically, we have lower attendance on the first Sunday of school vacations (like this one). So this Sunday, we will experiment by not running our traditional religious education program. This will give some of our regular and devoted RE teachers a vacation day, and will provide additional time for the DRE to focus on end-of-year preparations for the program.

For children of all ages that do not want to attend the Music Sunday service but do want to come to church, we will meet in the Commons together to do arts and crafts and games connected with Earth Day and the 7th UU principle, honoring the interconnected web of life of which we are a part. Children are invited to come directly to the Commons before the start of the worship service as the Music Sunday service, following tradition, will begin without a Story for All Ages.
