Women’s Alliance Annual Meeting Sunday May 31 5:30pm

hands in airAll women of First Parish are warmly invited to attend the official annual meeting of the Alliance, in the Commons at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 31. We will start with our usual “bring anything” potluck. During the Annual Meeting we will vote on our proposed Executive Committee for next year: Peg E as Secretary, Carolyn L as Treasurer and AnnMarie L and Sara H as executive committee members. We will review our activities from this past year (including the rummage sale and retreat) and initiate plans for next year. This will include discussing a different regular meeting date and program possibilities.

We also usually complete evaluations of and respond to any grant proposals at this meeting. In a most unusual turn of events, we currently have received no proposals. If you have been meaning to do this, the links to the grant proposal applications are below. Proposals must be received (emailed to Carolyn L. and Peg E.) by May 15th, so that they may be distributed and considered before the meeting.
