Christmas Eve/Christmas Day with

The MetroWest Free Medical Program

The MetroWest Free Medical Program is a free clinic in Sudbury whose volunteer doctors, nurses, social workers dedicate their time on Tuesday evenings to provide healthcare services to those in the MetroWest area who are uninsured or underinsured.  The program provides nearly 1,500 patient visits each year.

The Program relies on grant funds and support from individuals and congregations like First Parish Sudbury.  Thanks to our support over the last four years, they have been able to expand their care to offer chronic disease screening and health education for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes.  This means that low-income individuals aren’t waiting until their health conditions get worse to access care.

100% of the collection from our Christmas services will go to support this clinic. Your financial contribution means that the volunteer healthcare providers have the medical supplies, medicines and coordination that they need to provide care. THANK YOU for your generosity.
