For the next few weeks - perhaps through the rest of March and April - we will be reading various writings (handouts in each meeting) about metta, or lovingkindness, and practicing it during our meditation sessions.
There are traditional phrases and sequences that we will work with as well as informal versions.
Please make your very best effort to come a few minutes early so that we can begin sitting at 1:00. If you have to be late please enter as quietly as possible, and find a seat.
