Religious Exploration – Easter Sunday

“Easter…the only time of the year it’s a good idea to put all your eggs in one basket!”

The children of RE are asking for your help! Sunday, April 1st, 2018 – marks Easter Sunday at First Parish. These next two weeks leading up to Easter there will be a donation box located just outside Parish Hall for people to donate canned dog or cat food for Buddy Dog rescue in Sudbury. Food may be of any brand or quantity, but must be canned/sealed.

Easter Egg Hunt – During our usual coffee hour on Easter, all children who attend First Parish are invited to take part in the egg hunt hosted by RE. Three hundred eggs filled with treats will be hidden outside of FPS in the memorial garden as well as around the playground, and children will be allowed to start the hunt after a quick briefing on the rules! A special area will be roped off for our littlest UU’s from the Nursery so that they can have a fun and safe experience as well. Children may bring their own egg hunting baskets, but a table with colorful bags and art supplies will be provided for any child who needs a bag or would like to decorate a bag.

Please Note: Not all treats are suitable for children with allergies and may contain nuts, dairy, etc. Be mindful of what they find in the eggs if your child has food allergies.
