The word “TRUST” written in vintage wooden letterpress type

Spirit Play: This week in Spirit Play, we will be hearing the story of the Woman and the Vinegar Bottle, leading us into Thanksgiving. Afterwards our spirit play class will participate in some special Thanksgiving activities and will learn what this amazing holiday is really all about.

UU Explorers: This month’s theme of “Faith” goes hand-in-hand with trust, so this week our Explorers will be taking part in an exercise meant to build trust with each other! Last week we spent time getting to know one another on a deeper level, and this week they’ll be putting trust into action. We will be building robots thanks to a fantastic suggestion by one of our kids! The catch? They’ll each have to build one for someone else! Working together and trusting in each other is no small task, but this might be a fun and engaging way to start!

Nursery care: This week the youngest among us will be joined by our volunteers in the upper level SED classroom. For those of you interested in volunteering in the Nursery, please note that all sermons can be heard from this room, which means you’ll never have to miss one! Please contact the IDRE at if you wish to sign up!

Youth Group: Our Youth group has decided to extend an invitation to the members of First Parish : A Parent’s Night Out will be hosted December 2nd, from 4pm until 8:20pm here at FPS. Please contact Michele Barkhauer at if you’d like to sign up.
