Don’t forgot to bring in your canned goods on Easter Sunday! We are conducting a food drive for Easter Sunday, that will be donated to Open Table Food Pantry of Concord and Maynard.

After beginning in the Sanctuary, Religious Education Sunday will move all together to the Commons for an Easter message and then, instead of the traditional egg hunt, the children will have the opportunity to look for the canned goods (outside weather permitting) and then all will be brought to the Food Pantry.

Please bring the cans in by 10am Easter Sunday and leave them in the box in the hallway outside the Sanctuary before the service. There is a need for canned tuna, chicken, and other meats, canned fruits, chunky soups, stews, and chillis, and canned vegetables and beans, as well as items to donate that won’t be included in the “hunt”: cereals, cooking oils, spaghetti sauce, strawberry jam, grape jelly and peanut butter.
